Art School

This autumn, our education team are taking creative learning sessions out of the museum and into primary schools in the greater Belfast area, to celebrate the life and work of Colin Middleton - a Belfast-born artist whose work shows astonishing imagination and variety. An exploration and discussion of his work will be followed by an art activity where the class will join together to make an exciting ‘patchwork’ landscape. Materials for the workshop will be provided.

This is a FREE pilot programme for primary schools this autumn, but places are limited. It’s first-come, first-served, so if you would like your school to take part, send us your Expression of Interest here before it’s too late! If you miss out this time, your school will be added to the waiting list for Art School. 

Please note: after the pilot phase of the programme in Autumn '23, participation in Art School will incur a small fee for schools.
