Arctic Adventure

Follow an explorer’s journey through the Arctic Circle, discovering wonderful wildlife along the way. Your class will learn where the Arctic is, what the conditions are like, and will examine real museum specimens as they find out more about polar bears, whales, wolves and reindeer. After the session, they will have the opportunity to venture into the nature galleries to discover some more Arctic wildlife in our exciting displays. Developed particularly with Foundation stage in mind, the session will feature storytelling, sensory elements and opportunities for language development.
