While Ulster Museum is always FREE to visit, it’s also the perfect place to kick off your summer of museum adventures, as there are more museums to explore! This summer, you can get discounted visits to our sister museums - Ulster Transport Museum in Cultra, Ulster Folk Museum, also in Cultra, and the Ulster American Folk Park in Omagh.

Between 1st July and 31st August, these three museums are offering a special 50% return visit discount for anyone who books and visits with a General Admission ticket.

After visiting one museum, you can either explore a different one or visit again for half the price. The offer is available to both pre-booked and pay-on-arrival visitors and is valid for 3 months from the date of your first visit.

  • Ulster Museum, Ulster Transport Museum, Ulster Folk Museum and Ulster American Folk Park, Omagh are all part of the same museum group. Visit one of those museums once from 1st July to 31st August with a General Admission ticket, you’ll get 50% off your next visit to any of the three museums.
  • The offer is valid for 3 months from the date of your first visit, so if you visit on 31st August, you can use your discount code up until 30th November. Whether you pre-book online or purchase on the day, your booking reference from your first visit will become your discount code for your next museum visit. Online booking references will be on your booking confirmation email; for on-the-day purchases, your booking reference will be on your receipt. So, make sure you retain your receipt.

EXCLUSIONS

  • This offer does not apply to events or programmed activities such as workshops and tours, and cannot be used on Green Tickets. It also excludes group bookings and any tickets issued as part of a Membership plan, free entry promotions, or accessible tickets - the initial visit must be a paid General Admission ticket to qualify for the discount.

Ts & Cs 

Visitors who book General Admission tickets at Ulster Transport Museum, Ulster Folk Museum or Ulster American Folk Park, Omagh, and use them between 1 July and 31 August 2025 are eligible. Your original booking reference will become your one-time discount code the Monday after your first visit. That is when the booking reference from your first visit will be converted to a unique code, to apply your 50% discount.

  • Valid against General Admission tickets only, offer cannot be used for events or programmed activities such as workshops and tours.
  • This offer cannot be used alongside Green Tickets, group bookings, membership tickets or free entry tickets.
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • Bookings with no charge are ineligible (such as member & accessible tickets).
  • Offer cannot be transferred; misuse of offer may result in it being revoked.

A maximum of 4 general admission tickets, in one transaction, will be discounted. Only one promotional code can be redeemed per order.
