Music at the Museum

Join us for an afternoon of ambient and traditional contemporary 'Music at the Museum' with The Duncairn Centre for Culture and Arts. 

The Duncairn Centre for Culture and Arts is based in the heart of north Belfast. In its first 9 years of delivery it has established a reputation for excellence, and is known not only for producing innovate and imaginative programmes, but for their open and inclusive approach to accessing, sharing and celebrating creativity throughout all quarters of the city.  

The Duncairn Creative Collective is a collaborative project which currently works with more than 40 young multi-disciplinary artists and musicians from Belfast and across the island. Within the Collective experience the artists engage in expert advice clinics, training opportunities in media presentation, digital content, refining performance, showcase opportunities, accessing festivals and more. However, the most important element is the process of sharing; the collaborative approach to developing their craft, exploring new composition and performance opportunities, and the organic way in which the artists support each other.
