Arctic Adventure

Follow an explorer’s journey through the Arctic Circle, discovering wonderful wildlife along the way. Your class will learn where the Arctic is and what the conditions are like. You will also examine real museum specimens as the class find out more about polar bears, whales, wolves and reindeer. After the session, they will have the opportunity to venture into the nature galleries to discover some more Arctic wildlife in our exciting displays. Developed particularly with the Foundation stage in mind, the session will feature storytelling, sensory elements and opportunities for language development.
